采用公开招标的项目，投标报名截止后，甲方要求延长报名时间，不知道此项有没有相关的法律规定？请教各位大侠，谢谢

是可以的。国家规定了最少的时间要求，延长时间是不违反规定的，而且可以增加潜在投标人的数量，是有利的。

报名截止时间，报名的投标单位有10家，我就是担心，这样无故延长报名时间，已经报名的投标单位会觉得增加了竞争力，可能会引起投诉，哎！！！难做啊！

  如果采用资格预审的公开招标，购买资格预审文件即为报名，如果购买文件的人少，是可以延长购买文件的时间，以便有更多的潜在投标人参加，其好处是有利于超过三家购买。如果达到七家以上时，也可以防止串标。投标人多了，增加竞争对招标人有好处，招标人是有修改权利的，不要怕潜在投标人投诉。而且延长购买资格预审文件时间，不会影响招标的时间。
  如果采用资格后审的公开招标，购买招标文件即为报名，如果购买文件的人少，也可以延长购买文件的时间，但是这个延长会影响开标的时间。《招标投标法》第二十三条规定：“招标人对已发出招标文件（笔者认为招标文件包括招标公告）进行必要的澄清或者修改，应当在招标文件要求提交投标文件截止时间至少十五日前，以书面形式通知所有招标文件的收受人。”依据上述规定，如果影响开标的时间，应该顺延投标截止的时间，以便投标人有充裕的时间编制投标文件！
