关于修改五件规范性文件的通知
赣建招〔2012〕11号
关于修改《江西省房屋建筑和市政基础设施工程施工招标投标监督管理实施办法》等五件规范性文件的通知
各设区市建设局（建委）、宜春城管局，各设区市有形建筑市场，省农垦、冶金、南昌铁路建管站（办），南昌经济、高新技术开发区：为了认真贯彻执行《中华人民共和国招标投标法实施条例》（国务院令第613号），我厅对《江西省房屋建筑和市政基础设施工程施工招标投标监督管理实施办法》（赣建招[2004]7号）等五件规范性文件进行了修改，并经2012年11月22日厅长办公会审议通过，现予公布施行。
对《江西省工程建设项目招标代理机构管理办法》（赣建招［2009］2号）作如下修改：
三、原第二十八条第二款修改为：“招标代理机构与招标人签订的书面代理合同应明确招标代理项目负责人及业务承办人员名单”；增加一款作为第三款：“招标代理从业人员应当具备相应能力，并对所代理业务承担相应责任。招标代理从业人员办理代理业务时实行实名制，并需取得培训（继续教育）合格证书后才能上岗”。
