一、配合国家发展改革委积极开展“招标投标信用评价体系” 建设工作；

二、推广和宣传即将颁布实施的《标准施工资格预审文件》和《标准施工招标文
　　件》；

三、开展各种形式的 合作、交流与研讨活动；

四、开展招标投标培训活动。

A　Promote researching and drafting of “Credit Assessment System in Tendering & Bidding Industry”(Being entrusted and work in co-operation with National Development & Reform Commission)

B　Promote and propagate the “Standard pre-qualification model for construction enterprises” and “Standard tendering document for construction projects” which will soon be issued for enforcement.

C　Organize seminars and workshops cooperation and communication with external units
